本應用程式由 netcado 開發與營運。我們極為重視您的隱私。本政策旨在說明我們在 shinkansenly (以下簡稱「本App」) 中如何處理您的資料。

當您下載、安裝或使用本App時，即表示您同意本隱私權政策的條款。

1. 我們收集的資料與使用目的

我們遵循「資料最小化」原則。我們本身不會在獨立的外部伺服器上儲存您的帳戶或個人識別資料。

• A. 應用程式內購買與訂閱： 透過 Apple 官方 StoreKit API 處理。我們無法存取或儲存您的信用卡資訊。我們僅收到匿名的收據憑證用以驗證您的訂閱狀態並開通服務。
• B. Apple iCloud 雲端儲存： 本App使用 iCloud 同步您的設定與進度。資料直接儲存在您個人的 iCloud 帳戶中，我們無法查看或讀取其內容。
• C. 第三方廣告（Google AdMob）： 收集廣告識別碼 (IDFA)、IP 位址、裝置型號及廣告互動數據。用於展示廣告、防止欺詐與成效分析。

2. 法律依據與地區性用戶權利

歐盟 GDPR / 英國 UK GDPR： 處理訂閱為履行合約。收集 IDFA 投放個人化廣告會事先透過 iOS 的 App 追蹤透明度 (ATT) 框架取得您的明確同意。您隨時可以撤回同意。

美國加州 CCPA/CPRA： 我們不販賣您的資料。但與 Google AdMob 分享設備識別碼可能被界定為「分享」以進行跨行為廣告。加州用戶可隨時透過 iOS 系統設定拒絕追蹤來限制此項分享。

3. 第三方服務與其他聲明

資料處理適用於其各自的隱私權政策：Apple Privacy Policy | Google Privacy Policy (AdMob)

兒童隱私： 本App不會刻意向 13 歲（歐盟為 16 歲）以下的兒童收集個人識別資訊。若有誤收集將立即刪除。

This Privacy Policy describes how netcado ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information in our iOS mobile application, shinkansenly (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

We follow the principle of "data minimization" and do not store your personal identity data on our own independent servers.

• A. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions: Processed securely via Apple's StoreKit API. We do not collect or store your billing or credit card information. We only receive an anonymous receipt token to verify your subscription status.
• B. Apple iCloud Storage: The App utilizes Apple iCloud to sync your data. It is stored directly in your personal account; we cannot access your credentials or view your files.
• C. Third-Party Advertisements (Google AdMob): Collects device identifiers (iOS IDFA), IP address, device model, and ad interaction data to serve ads, prevent fraud, and analyze performance.

2. Legal Basis and Regional Privacy Rights

EEA and UK Users (GDPR): Processing subscription tokens is for the performance of a contract. Collecting IDFAs for personalized ads relies on your explicit consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, which can be revoked at any time.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell your personal data for money. However, sharing IDFA with Google AdMob may be categorized as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time via your iOS system settings.

3. Third-Party Links & Other Statements

Children's Privacy: The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or 16 in certain EU regions). If inadvertently collected, it will be deleted immediately.

Changes: We may update this policy from time to time. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

netcado（以下、「当方」といいます）は、当方が開発・運営するiOSアプリ「shinkansenly」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）におけるユーザーの情報の取り扱いについて、以下の通り定めます。

本アプリを利用することにより、お客様は本プライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

1. 取得する情報およびその利用目的

当方は「データ最小化」の原則を遵守しており、独自の外部サーバーでお客様の個人識別情報を収集・保管することはありません。

• A. アプリ内課金およびサブスクリプション： Appleの StoreKit API を通じて処理されます。当方がクレジットカード情報を取得・保管することはありません。サブスクリプションの状態を検証するための匿名的トークンのみを受け取ります。
• B. Apple iCloud ストレージ： データを同期するために Apple iCloud を利用しています。データはお客様個人のアカウントに直接保存され、当方が閲覧・読み取ることはできません。
• C. サードパーティ広告（Google AdMob）： 広告識別子（IDFA）、IPアドレス、端末モデル、広告へのインタラクションデータを収集します。広告配信、不正防止、およびパフォーマンス分析に利用されます。

2. 法的根拠および地域別のプライバシー権

日本（個人情報保護法）： iCloudデータはiOS端末の設定からいつでも管理・削除できます。広告トラッキングは、iOSの「設定」＞「プライバシーとセキュリティ」＞「トラッキング」からいつでも停止できます。

EEA・英国（GDPR）： サブスクリプションの処理は契約の履行に基づきます。パーソナライズド広告のためのIDFA収集は、AppleのATTプロンプトを通じて得たお客様の明示的な同意に基づき、いつでも撤回可能です。

米国カリフォルニア州（CCPA）： ターゲット広告のために Google AdMob と識別子を共有することは、情報の「共有」とみなされる場合があります。お客様はiOSの設定で広告トラッキングを制限することにより、いつでもオプトアウトできます。
