歡迎使用由 netcado（以下簡稱「我們」）開發與營運的 iOS 應用程式 shinkansenly（以下簡稱「本App」）。本服務條款（以下簡稱「本條款」）構成你與我們之間具法律約束力的協議。下載或使用本App即代表你同意接受本條款。

1. 接受條款與 Apple EULA

本App適用於 Apple 的標準最終用戶許可協議 (Standard EULA)。本條款為其補充條款。若本條款與 Apple EULA 有任何衝突，以 Apple 官方之規範為準。

2. 訂閱服務與付款條款

• 自動續期訂閱： 本App包含付費訂閱功能。所有付款均透過你的 Apple ID 帳戶進行扣款與開立發票。
• 自動續訂與取消： 訂閱將在每個計費週期結束時自動續期，除非你在目前計費週期結束前至少 24 小時前關閉自動續訂。你隨時可以透過 iOS 系統的「設定」>「Apple ID」>「訂閱」來管理或取消你的訂閱。
• 退款政策： 所有付費與交易均由 Apple 官方全權處理。若你需要申請退款，請直接透過 Apple 官方管道（reportaproblem.apple.com）提出申請。我們無法直接為你辦理退款。

3. 智慧財產權與使用限制

本App內的所有內容（包括但不限於程式碼、介面設計、商標、圖表等）之智慧財產權均屬於 netcado 所有。你僅獲得個人、非商業性、不可轉讓的有限使用授權。你不得對本App進行逆向工程、反編譯或惡意修改。

4. 免責聲明與責任限制

本App依「現況」及「現有」基礎提供，我們不保證本App在所有設備上均能無誤運行或不間斷。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對因使用或無法使用本App而導致的任何直接、間接或附帶損失承擔責任。

5. 準據法與管轄權

本條款之解釋與適用均以 netcado 所在地法律為準據法。因本條款引起之任何爭議，均應提交至我們所在地有管轄權之法院審理。

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to shinkansenly (the "App"), an iOS mobile application developed and operated by netcado ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Apple EULA

This App relies on Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These Terms act as a supplement to it. In the event of any conflict, Apple’s standard terms shall prevail.

2. Subscriptions and Payment Terms

• Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: The App offers premium features through paid subscriptions. All purchases are billed through and invoiced by your Apple ID account.
• Auto-Renewal and Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your iOS device **Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions**.
• Refund Policy: All payment transactions are handled exclusively by Apple. If you wish to request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the authority to process refunds directly.

3. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

All intellectual property rights in the App (including but not limited to code, user interface, logos, and designs) belong to netcado. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to use the App. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where netcado is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

netcado（以下、「当方」といいます）が開発・運営するiOSアプリ「shinkansenly」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）をご利用いただき、ありがとうございます。本利用規約（以下、「本規約」といいます）は、お客様と当方との間の法的合意を構成します。本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 規約への同意と Apple EULA について

本アプリの利用には、Appleの標準エンドユーザライセンス契約（Standard EULA）が適用されます。本規約はそれを補完するものです。本規約とAppleのStandard EULAとの間に矛盾がある場合は、Appleの規定が優先されます。

2. サブスクリプションおよびお支払いについて

• 自動更新サブスクリプション： 本アプリは有料の定期購読（サブスクリプション）機能を提供しています。すべての決済は、お客様のApple IDアカウントを通じて処理・請求されます。
• 自動更新と解約： サブスクリプションは、現在の期間が終了する少なくとも24時間前に自動更新がオフにされない限り、自動的に更新されます。お客様はいつでもiOS端末の「設定」＞「Apple ID」＞「サブスクリプション」から定期購読の管理や解約を行うことができます。
• 返金について： 決済処理はすべてApple社が管理しています。返金を希望される場合は、Appleのサポート（reportaproblem.apple.com）へ直接申請してください。当方では直接の返金処理を行うことができません。

3. 知的財産権および禁止事項

本アプリに関するすべての知的財産権（プログラムコード、デザイン、ロゴ、商標など）は、netcado に帰属します。お客様には、個人的、非商業的、かつ譲渡不可能な限定的ライセンスのみが提供されます。本アプリの逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング、または不正な改変を行うことは禁止されています。

4. 免責事項および責任の制限

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、すべての端末での完全な動作や無謬性を保証するものではありません。法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、本アプリの使用または使用不能によって生じた直接的、間接的、または偶発的な損害について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。

5. 準拠法と管轄裁判所

本規約の解釈および適用は、netcado が所在する地域の法律に準拠するものとする。本アプリまたは本規約に関して生じた一切の紛傷については、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とする。
